    Muhyadeen Battah, of the Islamic Society of Vermont, and Alan Gilbert, director of ACLU-Vermont discuss conscientious objection, Islam in America, Civil Rights and the life of Muhammad Ali in response to the film, The Trials of Muhammad Ali, produced by Bill Siegel and Rachel Pikelny.

    Community Cinema is a project of PBS and Vermont Public Television in which a selected film from the series, 'Independent Lens' is shown then discussed in a public venue. This panel was recorded at the Kellogg-Hubbard Library in Montpelier Vermont, which is a Community Cinema local partner.
